YEAR 2011: THE RESTAURANT
For Blue River it is the turning point: the family decides to expand the bar and upstairs create a restaurant, steak house and pizzeria. The elegance of the decor recalls tradition, its spirit and gastronomic offerings look to the future and modernity.
YEAR 2003: THE BAR
Established managers in Alto Lario, the Speziale family took over the Blue River in Colico, a bar overlooking the lakefront road. Within a few years they made it their own, soon making a name for themselves among locals who began to appreciate the family's hospitality and passion.
2020: THE BLUE RIVER AT HOME
Since the pandemic, Blue River has increased its takeout service, adding home delivery to the classic takeaway formula. Pizza, burgers and any other dish on the menu conveniently delivered to your door, within a radius from Dubino to Olgiasca.

A gathering place for Colicans and non-colicans alike, beloved by tourists for its cuisine and central lake-view location, Blue River begins celebrating its birthday with an unparalleled party.
